New Covid Tests and rules to Travel

**To limit the spread of COVID-19, the Canadian government has announced that as of January 7, 2021,

air travellers 5 years of age or older will be required to provide a negative COVID-19 test

before boarding international flights bound for Canada.

The test must be performed using a COVID-19 molecular polymerase chain reaction (or PCR) test

and must be taken within 72 hours prior to the traveller’s scheduled departure to Canada.

We have a list of locations in the various destinations of where this can be done.  Some resorts are offering Covid tests

right at the resort for a fee. Some resorts will offer a lab to come to do the testing.

**Albertans arriving in Calgary on a direct non stop flight from the destination will have the opportunity to take a Rapid covid

mandated 3-day window pre-arrival to fly into the US including US citizens.

** Cuba also has further simplified the process for Canadian visitors entering the country,

(which is included in the holiday package in most cases,
or you can buy it locally upon arrival for 30.00 USD).
